Both trial and appellate lawyer, Scott Greenfield is a well-known criminal defense specialist who represents clients in court and in investigations throughout the United States.

He is highly regarded for his courtroom skills, his ability to craft strong regulatory compliance programs at the in-house level, and his successes in resolving financial and regulatory investigations in their earliest stages.

Over the years, Mr. Greenfield's law practice has emphasized the defense of individuals and corporations accused of financial offenses and crimes.

A New York native, he graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations in 1979, and from New York Law School (cum laude) in 1982. From 1983 until 1992, he was a partner in Meyer & Greenfield.

Mr. Greenfield is one of a handful of top criminal defense lawyers who excels in both trial work and appeals. His written work on legal issues --in trial and appellate courts and in articles and op-ed pieces in U.S. magazines and newspapers-- is considered to be some of the best in the nation.

A sought-after writer, teacher and speaker, he has served as a legal analyst for television news shows from "60 Minutes" to "20/20", and ABC, NBC, CBS, BBC, Court TV and Fox. His cases have been the subject of a book, magazine articles and television programs.
